Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure project goals are achieved within the specified time frame and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key developments.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in successfully delivering projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the industry related to the projects being managed.
